The owners of this lovely Runaway Bay home were wanting to renovate their investment property after their last tenants left it a little worse for wear. The owners completed a good part of the demolition for us, ready for us to walk straight in. We completed a full re-face of the kitchen cabinetry and bench tops, building a new oven tower and reusing the existing cabinetry carcasses to keep costs down. We completely renovated all 3 bathrooms, relocating the vanity into the downstairs bathroom as it was currently outside of this room. We tiled the entrance, living area and front room floor with a beautiful wood look tile, new carpet throughout, new paint throughout, and all custom made cabinetry to the bathrooms. We also restored the pool, removed some troublesome trees, repainted the boundary fence and garage doors to give it a stronger street appeal.
