The owners of this commercial property had an unplanned closure, with a hot water system in the roof blowing a water pipe. This unfortunately flooded the floor and wall cavity below, causing water damage to the floating floor, walls, cabinetry, and skirting. Our team was requested to relay all new floating flooring, replace all damage cabinetry, repair the damaged shop walls, and install new cavity sliding doors. First came the removal, then we got stuck into the repairs. All up we were at this property for just on one week, a pleasant surprise to the owners who had planned to be closed for well over 2 weeks. We were happy to get them back in and looking after those beautiful animals once more.
