Over it goes! The retaining wall between these two properties had failed due to water rot, giving out and taking the fence above with it. As both properties had small dogs to contain, we pushed this job through as a priority to keep everyone safe. We removed the complete fence and retaining wall, finding 2 other retaining walls previously built behind the one we were removing. We then set a new concrete sleeper retaining wall and built a new pine fence above. Drainage rock was then placed behind the retaining wall to prevent a similar occurring in future years. The finish result stood tall again once more, offering the occupants boundary security for years to come.
